All Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) companies with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) must submit a "No Change Affidavit" annually before the anniversary date of their original certification. This affidavit confirms that there have been no changes affecting the DBE status or provides information on any changes that could impact the DBE status, such as:

The "No Change Affidavit" ensures compliance with DBE status requirements and includes details such as: New Owners Owners/Employees involved in another business Articles of Incorporation:

  • New Owners
  • Owners/Employees involved in another business
  • Articles of Incorporation: (if amended)
  • By-Laws: (if amended)
  • Equipment List updates
  • Vehicle Information: new or revised
  • Significant Changes
  • New Work Area/Services – REQUEST ADDITIONAL NAICS CODES

The submission of the "No Change Affidavit" each year is vital in assuring your DBE Certification.
